Aubrey Kirkpatrick - Director of Finance, Administration and Communications
As Director of Finance and Administration Aubrey is responsible for the support service operations of School District 2. This includes the departments of Transportation , Facilities, Information Technology and Finance. Aubrey is also responsible for the Communications of school district 2. This very busy portfolio is made manageable by a team of consummate professionals in support services. Aubrey is a long term board member of Volunteer Center of Greater Moncton and is a new board member of Moncton Wesleyan Church. Aubrey belongs to the Association of School Business Officials of NB as well as the International Association and is a member of the National School Public Relations Association. Aubrey is also one of the founding members of the In Motion physical activity health promotion strategy for the City of Moncton.
Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UNB and is a Canadian Certified Human Resources Professional. He has been with School District 2 since 1997 where he started as Director of Human Resources and has been in his current position since 2006. "Working for school district 2 is amazing! Carolyn Tower - Director of Human Resources and Payroll
As Director of Human Resources for School District 2 Carolyn is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, interpreting and administering all of the Collective Agreements, responsible for investigating and reviewing complaints, ensures the efficiency of the payroll and benefits functions, reclassifies positions, monitors attendance for teaching and non-teaching staff and oversees all Labour Management committees. The position is supported by 2 Human Resource Officers, 1 Learning Specialist and 1 District Administrative Support staff.
Carolyn is a member of the Moncton Rotary Club, New Brunswick Association of School Business Officials, Association of School Business Officials International and the New Brunswick Human Resources Association.
Carolyn has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Thomas University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional. She has been with School District 2 since 1991 and has worked in a number of positions within this organization.

Gregg Ingersoll - Director of Education
As Director of Education for School District 2, Gregg is responsible for all programming K-12 and all educational staff. This includes approximately 1100 teachers and 84 school based administrators in 38 schools.
Gregg joined School District 2 in 2000 as a school principal. He later worked for several years as a district level Supervisor where he managed a variety of portfolios including Student Services, Leadership, Professional Development, Beginning Teachers and Positive Learning Environment. Gregg assumed the role of Director of Education in the spring of 2008.
Gregg has a Masters Degree in Educational Administration. He is passionate about providing opportunities for professional growth for educators. He believes that the secret to providing the best possible education experiences for our students is to have highly trained teachers that are current regarding the most effective teaching and assessment strategies. These teachers need school based leadership that supports their efforts so Professional Development for Principals and Vice-Principals will always be a priority as well. Gregg is a lifelong learner himself and enjoys sharing his leadership experiences outside of his role as Director by teaching Masters level leadership courses for teachers at the University of Moncton.
