Food Services
In keeping with our Wellness model, School District 2 has implemented new nutritional guidelines - effective beginning with the 2005/2006 school year - in an effort to further educate students, teachers, and all staff on the importance of healthy living. All food services in District 2 buildings will be impacted including the cafeteria and hot lunch programs as well as vending machine services. The new, healthy options are in accordance with the recommended foods by certified nutritionists and the Canadian Food Guide.
