Accountability

The Facilities Department is required to maintain standards in equipment and systems maintenance and numerous processes. Recording and reporting is completed weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, annually as required by the various departments or agencies. A number of reports are prepared for district senior administration.

The Facilities Department operates within a framework governed by many acts, regulations, policies, procedures and collective agreements.
