A Message from the Superintendent
As our cold winter months are upon us, I would remind everyone to take care of their health and safety. It is important for our students to dress appropriately for the cold weather and to be mindful of changes in the weather that can bring about slippery sidewalks and roads. During cold and flu season, it is even more important for everyone to use proper hand washing techniques. It is also a great time to revisit eating and sleeping habits. Students who come to school well rested and well nourished will have a much greater chance of success. I appreciate all of the support from parents, community and staff who assist students with these health and safety needs. Sincere best wishes for a healthy 2012.

KINDERGARTEN: EARLY YEARS EVALUATION
School District 2 will be conducting Early Years Evaluations for children entering Kindergarten in September 2012. The dates for this year’s assessments are January 30th to February 3rd.
